Flávia is an experienced professional with a solid track record in controlling and finance roles, bringing extensive expertise to the consulting industry. With a career spanning over 20 years, Flávia has gained invaluable insights and honed her skills in navigating the complex landscapes of business management and financial control.

Throughout her career, Flávia has held key positions in various organizations, such as Banco do Brasil, Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and Baxter, where she played crucial roles in formulating financial strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and promoting sustainable growth. She has demonstrated a remarkable ability to streamline processes, implement robust internal controls, and leverage financial data to inform strategic decision-making.

Before founding Be Ally, Flávia Goffi held prominent roles as a Business Process Consultant and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where she led initiatives resulting in significant savings, improved performance, and risk mitigation. Flávia has a proven track record of delivering tangible results and fostering a culture of financial excellence within organizations.

As an executive leader, Flávia combines sharp technical expertise with strategic business vision, all seasoned with a contagious passion for empowering her clients to achieve their financial goals. As a strategic leader, Gabriella excels in building high-performing teams and developing talent pipelines to meet organizations’ evolving needs.
